Corrective Work (snow damage, etc.)
We correct defectives discovered during periodical inspections, as well as power plants that have been damaged by theft or snow damage. We will expedite from proposal to installation to minimize losses of power generation.
Examples of defects : surface glass damaged modules, broken cables, PCS, combiner box, and power collection board malfunctions, problems with land subsidence (Water trenches), security failures, remote monitoring device failures, distortion of mounts, fence damage or sloping, tree cutting, etc.
Automatic Output Control of PCS
We can provide a full range of services, including proposals, equipment, and installation work related to output control in accordance with the revised FIT Law, which was enforced in April 2017.
We propose the online control method (connecting to the power company’s server and controlling output according to the power company’s schedule) because it will save time for output control. However, offline control (remote manual control through monitoring equipment) is also possible depending on the customer’s needs and the specifications of the PV plant.
Equipment Replacement Work
We can handle the replacement of equipment (PCS, etc.) at PV plants that have been in operation for several years . We can provide the full range of services from the procurement of materials such as equipment and parts to installation work.
Re-powering
We can provide full range of services, including equipment evaluation, design review, component proposal, and installation, for PV plants with design defects and PV plants that have been distributed as used equipment.
There are many potential PV plants that can be repowered to improve power generation without the knowledge of the business owner.
